Virtual Box for Microbiome Helper

An assortment of scripts to help process and automate various microbiome and metagenomic bioinformatic tools.

Before using this virtual box you will need to download and install these two programs:
	Vagrant (http://www.vagrantup.com/downloads.html)
	VirtualBox (http://www.virtualbox.org/)
	
Windows install: 
	double-click "Windows_MicrobiomeHelper_run.bat".

Mac OS X: 
	double-click "MacOSX_MicrobiomeHelper_run.command".

Linux: 
	Run this command in the directory where "MicrobiomeHelper.box" is located: 
	vagrant up
